2026 VSGA Amateur & State Open of Virginia Qualifier

FORMAT:

• 18-hole stroke play competition
• All non-exempt players must qualify to play in each championship.
• The total number of participants at each qualifier will vary by site and will be filled by lowest Handicap Index as of May 11, 2026.

 

STARTING TIMES

• Starting times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off hole #1.
• Groupings and starting times will be made available on Friday, June 5.

 

COURSE FEE

• Included in your entry fee.

 

QUALIFYING SPOTS

• The number of qualifying spots in each division will be announced the day before the qualifier.

 

TENTATIVE YARDAGE

• 6,300 - 6,500 yards

 

PRACTICE ROUNDS

• Available anytime based on availability during the week. Available during the weekends after 1:30 p.m.

• Call the pro shop at (434) 985-7328. Be sure to identify yourself as playing a practice round for this event. Do not just show up.

• Fee: $50
  • Range balls are included in your practice round fee.
  • Range balls are included on the day of the qualifier.
